About me
I’ve had the opportunity to work with lots of great people over the years. As I’ve grown in my career I’ve learned that I highly value:
1. Planning – Having a successful product requires setting the right parameters, and providing the knowledge, time, and tools for teams to have clarity on what needs to be achieved.
2. Transparency – My clients and direct reports are given the best information available so they can make decisions that are good for the work and themselves.
3. Collaboration – I’ve learned that producing the best results requires being open and willing to hear the point of view from a wide range of people. I am not uncomfortable giving or receiving feedback.
4. Patience & Mentorship – It took a lot of advice and time on the part of others to get me to where I am in my career and I try my best to provide that same care and insight to those I manage so they can be successful in their own careers.
